About
Building the operating systemsof the future
Most small services businesses operate the same way they did twenty years ago. Spreadsheets, manual follow-ups, hiring when things get busy, laying off when they slow down. The tools that exist are built for enterprises or built for nobody in particular. The gap is enormous.
ServiceGrow AI exists to close that gap. We build custom AI-native operations systems — not off-the-shelf software, not chatbots, not dashboards. Complete operating infrastructure that handles lead intelligence, client management, project operations, financial automation, and growth.
Systems that let a team of three operate like a company of thirty.
We believe the next decade belongs to small businesses that adopt AI as infrastructure, not as a feature. The ones that build their operations on intelligence from day one. Those are the businesses we serve.
Leadership
Who we are
Antonio Ivanovski
Co-Founder
Antonio helps service businesses redesign their operations to be AI-native from the ground up. He spent 4.5 years at Google, working on large-scale risk and anti-abuse systems supporting global platform integrity — building structured data systems and analytics frameworks used for high-stakes decision-making at scale.
Prior to Google, Antonio worked at Verizon within the centralized AI and Data organization, partnering with Alek on enterprise AI and data platforms across risk, personalization, and governance.
Today, he applies enterprise-level systems thinking to mid-market service businesses, building structured data architecture, intelligent automation, and scalable operational infrastructure.
When he's not working on ServiceGrow AI, Antonio is a husband and a dad of 3 wonderful kids. He is also the founder of DonateFireGear, a nonprofit coordinating the redistribution of firefighting equipment to departments in need domestically and internationally.
Alek Liskov
Founding Partner & Chief AI Architect
Alek is a technology executive and AI product leader focused on building enterprise-scale data and AI platforms. He is the Chief AI Officer of Datalinx AI, an agentic data refinery platform helping companies transform fragmented consumer data into actionable intelligence within secure cloud environments.
Previously, Alek led AI strategy and product development at Intuit across Mailchimp and the broader marketing platform, scaling AI-driven products to over 200,000 weekly active users.
Before Intuit, he was a founding executive within Verizon's centralized AI and Data organization, where he led development of the Personalization AI platform that contributed more than $1B in incremental revenue.
He specializes in translating data infrastructure into measurable business impact.
Where it started
Antonio and Alek first worked together at Verizon, building enterprise AI and data platforms at massive scale. They saw firsthand how structured data architecture and intelligent automation could transform operations — but only if you had a Fortune 500 budget.
ServiceGrow AI is their answer to a simple question: what if every service business could access that same caliber of operational intelligence?
What We've Learned
Five lessons from the field
- 01
The best AI systems are invisible. They work in the background, making everything faster and smarter without adding complexity.
- 02
Services businesses don't need generic SaaS. They need systems built around how they actually work — their workflows, their clients, their margins.
- 03
Speed wins. The difference between a proposal in 10 minutes vs. 2 hours is often the difference between winning and losing the project.
- 04
Data compounds. Every client interaction, every project, every financial transaction makes the system smarter. After 100 projects, the AI knows your business better than any employee could.
- 05
The human is always the product. AI handles operations so the human can focus on what clients actually pay for — taste, judgment, relationships, and craft.
